Job summary

CVRx, Inc. seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist to support Barostim therapy alongside Territory Managers and Area Sales Directors. The role focuses on education of current and potential customers and procedure-based coverage within a defined region.

You will help expand Barostim adoption while supporting the commercial team. This remote-based position requires residency in the specified territory and emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration, and technically proficient clinical support for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiac devices; heart failure experience prioritized.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management with customers and CVRx staff.
• Ability to grasp medical/surgical concepts and active implantable device technology.
• Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with drive to introduce new technology.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Barostim therapy benefits to clinicians and surgeons to ensure understanding.
• Facilitate trainings on Barostim therapy for clinicians, office, and hospital staff.
• Provide technical support during implant and follow-up procedures and titrations.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to plan market-specific communications.
• Partner with physicians and sites to launch CVRx programs at new locations.
• Drive utilization and expansion of Barostim therapy through education.
• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Meet with providers to identify clinical needs and offer feasible solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce records and support other field staff as needed.
