Job summary

CVRx seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist to educate clinicians and support Barostim therapy within designated Florida territories. You will work with Territory Managers and the commercial team to drive adoption and ensure positive patient outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, cardiology device experience, strong communication, and independence in a remote-based, travel-heavy position within Tallahassee, Jacksonville, or Pensacola, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiac surgery devices; heart failure experience prioritized.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key customers and CVRx staff.
• Ability to grasp medical/surgical concepts and implantable device technology.
• Independent, self-motivated, with drive to introduce innovative technology to market.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate Barostim therapy benefits to cardiologists and surgeons.
• Facilitate trainings on Barostim therapy for clinicians, offices, and hospitals.
• Provide technical support during implant and follow-up procedures for positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to plan market launches and programs.
• Drive utilization and expansion of Barostim through education and partnerships.
