Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking an Area Vice President to build and lead a scalable commercial organization across the continental US.

You will report to the CRO and drive adoption of Barostim Therapy while expanding program accounts, forecasting accurately, and ensuring operational excellence. You will develop Area Sales Directors, hire top talent, and collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Finance to achieve long-term growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within medical devices or similar industries.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience commercialization of innovative therapies with physician adoption and long sales cycles.
• CRM platforms and commercial analytics experience (Salesforce.com preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional commercial organization.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and adoption of Barostim Therapy.
• Build executive-level relationships with physicians, hospital leaders, and health system decision-makers.
• Sponsor talent development, onboarding, and performance management across regions.
