Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to collaborate with Territory Managers and drive Barostim therapy adoption across designated regions in the United States. You will educate clinicians, support implant procedures, and help expand our cardiovascular program offerings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, cardiology device experience, and strong interpersonal skills. It is remote-based with travel within the territory and competitive compensation plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices; heart failure experience prioritized.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff.
• Ability to understand medical and implantable device technology and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product and clinical benefits of Barostim therapy to cardiologists and other specialists.
• Facilitate trainings on Barostim therapy for clinicians, office, and hospital staff.
• Provide technical support during implant procedures and follow-up visits to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to plan market outreach and program launches at new sites.
• Drive utilization and expansion of Barostim therapy through education and program development.
• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business units.
• Meet with healthcare providers to identify clinical needs and provide feasible solutions.
