Job summary

CVRx is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to support Barostim therapy across designated US territories. You will educate cardiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff, provide procedural support, and collaborate with sales teams to expand adoption of Barostim in targeted markets.

The role requires post-secondary healthcare experience, strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular devices, and the ability to travel as needed within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with products for cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices; heart failure experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key customer groups.
• Ability to grasp medical/surgical concepts and active implantable device technology.
• Independent, self-motivated, with drive to introduce a novel technology to market.
• Detail-oriented and reliable; able to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; able to learn CMS/LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product and clinical benefits of Barostim therapy to cardiologists and surgeons.
• Facilitate trainings on Barostim therapy for clinicians and staff.
• Provide technical support during implant and follow-up procedures to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to plan market-specific communication of benefits.
• Assist in launching CVRx programs at new sites and maintain ongoing program commitment.
• Support expansion of Barostim therapy through disease state education.
