CVRx is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical education and support for Barostim therapy across a defined region, primarily remote, with extensive collaboration alongside Territory Managers and physicians.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, an ability to train clinicians, and the drive to expand program adoption. Travel up to 60%+ and the Cleveland area residency are noted as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key customer groups.
• Ability to master concepts of medical and surgical nature and active implantable medical device technology.
• Independent, self-motivated with drive to introduce novel technology.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Salesforce, content management, learning management systems.

Responsabilités

• Communicate product and clinical benefits of Barostim therapy to cardiologists and surgeons.
• Facilitate trainings on Barostim therapy for clinicians and hospital staff.
• Provide technical support during implant procedures and follow-ups to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to communicate benefits in specific markets.
• Plan and execute program launches at new sites with ongoing commitment to the program.
• Drive adoption of Barostim therapy through disease state education and program development.
• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Meet health care providers to identify clinical needs and offer feasible solutions.
• Maintain accurate device/programmer inventory in Salesforce and adhere to sales processes.
• Provide back-up support to field staff as needed.
