CVRx, Inc. seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist to work remotely within eligible Florida territories, partnering with sales teams and clinicians to educate about Barostim therapy and drive program adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with products for cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices; heart failure experience will be prioritized.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff.
• Ability to master concepts of a medical and surgical nature, as well as that of active implantable medical device technology.
• Independent, self-motivated, self-starter with the drive and persistence to introduce a novel and innovative technology to the market and support it becoming the standard of care.
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable and able to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Salesforce, content management, learning management, and other systems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product and clinical benefits of Barostim therapy to cardiologists and heart failure specialists.
• Facilitate trainings and programs on Barostim therapy for clinicians and staff.
• Provide technical support during implant procedures and follow-up visits to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to craft market-specific communications and plans.
• Partner with physicians and sites to launch CVRx programs at new sites and sustain engagement.
• Drive utilization and expansion through disease state education and program development.
• Serve as a clinical interface between the medical community and CVRx business.
• Identify clinical needs of health care providers and propose feasible solutions.
• Maintain accurate device/programmer records in Salesforce and follow sales processes.
• Provide back-up support to other field staff as needed.
