Endeavor Health seeks a Senior Clinical Engineer to develop enterprise scoring for equipment forecasting and lifecycle planning. You will partner with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to craft multi-year replacement plans across a portfolio of medical devices.

You will lead CMMS administration or related programs, ensuring data integrity, and drive improvements in safety, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency while coordinating with CE leadership and enterprise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent experience and training.
• 3 years in a CE-related field, plus 1–2 years in project-management support, leadership, data analysis, or IT collaboration.
• Subject-matter expertise across multiple clinical-equipment technologies; strong MS Office, Excel and databases.
• Experience with CMMS administration, recall management, or medical-device cybersecurity depending on assignment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage scoring criteria for medical-equipment forecasting and planning within an assigned portfolio.
• Continuously review and validate projects; identify opportunities for cost reduction, safety, and cybersecurity improvements.
• Lead clinical-equipment onboarding projects to deploy assets efficiently with safety addressed.
• Serve as enterprise lead for CMMS administration, recall management, or cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with CE Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance to align strategies.
• Coordinate with IT project managers to marshal CE resources and meet deadlines.
• Represent the CE Strategy team in strategy sessions and reviews.
