Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience: 3 years in a CE-related field, plus 1-2 years in project-management support, leadership, data analysis, or IT collaboration.
• Knowledge of clinical equipment technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS administration, recall management, or medical-device cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scoring criteria for medical-equipment forecasting and planning within an assigned portfolio.
• Continuously review and validate projects and plans; investigate opportunities for cost reduction and safety improvements.
• Lead clinical-equipment onboarding projects to ensure efficient deployment with safety and support addressed.
• Serve as the enterprise lead for a CE program area (CMMS, recall management, or cybersecurity).
• Collaborate with CE Operations, Business Office, Supply Chain, and IT to align strategies across functions.
