Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a CE-focused leader to manage clinical equipment forecasting and planning within a multi-hospital portfolio. You will drive scoring criteria for asset life, utilization, cybersecurity, and reliability, supporting the five-year capital plan.

You will oversee onboarding projects, CMMS administration, recall management, and cybersecurity initiatives while collaborating with IT, Supply Chain, and Operations. A strong background in CE tech and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience: 3 years in a CE-related field, plus 1–2 years in project-management support, leadership, data analysis, or IT collaboration.
• Knowledge: Expertise across clinical-equipment technology; strong MS Office with spreadsheets and databases; CMMS administration recall management or cybersecurity depending on program area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scoring criteria for medical-equipment forecasting and planning within an assigned portfolio (supportability, age, utilization, cybersecurity, efficacy, reliability).
• Continuously review and validate projects to reduce costs, improve safety and cybersecurity, and optimize operations.
• Lead clinical-equipment onboarding projects to deploy assets efficiently with safety and support addressed.
• Serve as enterprise lead for an assigned CE program area (CMMS administration, recall management, or cybersecurity).
• Collaborate with CE Operations, Business Office, Supply Chain, and IT to align CE strategies across functions.
• Partner with IT project managers to coordinate CE resources to meet deadlines.
• Represent the CE Strategy team in strategy sessions.
• Lead inventory, forecast, and scoring reviews with stakeholders.
• Build expertise within the portfolio through research, education, and networking.
