Endeavor Health seeks a Senior engineer to develop and manage scoring criteria for clinical-equipment forecasting, supportability, utilization, and cybersecurity. You will advise CE leadership on equipment strategy and partner with Enterprise, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to forecast multi-year plans.

You will lead onboarding of assets, drive cost-savings, and coordinate with CE program areas like CMMS administration or recall management, ensuring data integrity and cross-functional alignment.

Formación

• Associate degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent training.
• 3 years in a CE-related field plus 1–2 years in PM support, leadership, data analysis, or IT collaboration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; CMMS administration and cybersecurity knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage scoring criteria for medical-equipment forecasting and planning.
• Review projects; identify opportunities for cost reduction, safety, cybersecurity, and optimization.
• Lead onboarding projects to ensure safe, efficient deployment of new assets.
• Serve as enterprise lead for CMMS, recall management, or cybersecurity in a CE program area.
• Collaborate with CE Operations, Business Office, Supply Chain, and IT to align strategies.
• Coordinate CE resources with IT project managers to meet goals and deadlines.
• Represent CE Strategy in local, regional, and enterprise sessions.
• Lead reviews of inventory, forecast, and scoring with stakeholders.
