Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Engineering Operations to oversee day-to-day repair, preventive maintenance, and service for in-house CE technicians across one or more hospitals. You will own equipment uptime, supervise staff, and coordinate with clinical leadership to optimize operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CE with multi-class equipment, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Biomedical Equipment Technology; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in CE with medical equipment; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and supervise multiple technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day repair, preventive maintenance, and service for in-house CE technicians.
• Manage technician schedules, performance, and service quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for the Clinical Engineering program.
• Collaborate with clinical and hospital staff to improve operations.
• Develop and coach team members and set clear expectations.
