Endeavor Health seeks a Director of the Clinical Engineering Business Office to drive financial and operational excellence across CE programs in multiple IL locations. You will own capital planning, contracting, budgeting, strategic sourcing, and regulatory compliance while leading vendor partnerships, cybersecurity alignment, and asset recovery.

Strong leadership and multi-site experience are essential. You will oversee recalls, CMMS analytics, and staff development, partnering with Finance,

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of CE, healthcare operations, or related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Healthcare capital planning, contract negotiation, or GPO/strategic sourcing in multi-site systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own capital and equipment planning, five-year replacement plan, and standardization across sites.
• Oversee CE contracts, service contracts, and vendor strategy, with performance-based actions.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; monitor expenditures with regular reporting.
• Lead CE Business Office functions, including intake, sourcing, and process standardization.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, recall management, and cybersecurity programs with IT partners.
• Manage Asset Inventory Recovery: track, recover, and disposition equipment.
• Support facility expansions, mergers, and new practices with inventory reviews and valuations.
• Develop staff through coaching, performance reviews, and HR responsibilities.
