Job summary

Care Access in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Trainer, Clinical Education to join the Global Expansion and Study Operations team. You will lead onboarding and ongoing training for site staff, ensuring readiness, regulatory compliance, and high quality study execution.

You’ll develop materials, partner with SMEs, monitor training outcomes, and mentor fellow trainers. Will require up to 80% travel and 20% remote work, with a salary range of $100,000–$130,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, education, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical research, with CRC experience and training leadership.
• Minimum 2 years training delivery experience.
• Proficiency with LMS and digital tools as noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional training initiatives and curriculum development.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for CRCs and site staff.
• Assess training needs, evaluate competencies, and provide improvements.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to reflect regulatory standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Provide peer support and escalate training issues when needed.
