Job summary

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to develop, coordinate and deliver clinical training across new and existing health centers. You will onboard new hires, perform competency assessments, and provide ongoing education to promote clinical quality and patient safety.

The role requires collaboration with Area Managers and Clinical Leaders, willingness to travel between clinic sites, and strong facilitation and documentation skills to ensure compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or allied health profession.
• Current BLS/AED Certification.
• Act 33 Child Clearance, Act 38 Criminal Clearance, Act 73 FBI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured orientation programs for Medical Assistants, clinical staff, and Providers.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training for new clinic openings, including workflow simulation and go-live support.
• Develop and update training materials, job aids, checklists, and policy-based education tools.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Clinical Leaders, and Operations to assess training needs.
• Facilitate mock clinics, hands-on skills training, and real-time coaching during and after new health center go-live.
• Conduct chart audits and clinical quality checks to identify trends and provide targeted remediation.
• Serve as SME for EMR workflows, clinical processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Track training participation and competency validation with Training Coordinator.
• Stay current with clinical practice guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
