Job summary

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to develop, coordinate, and deliver clinical training across health centers. You will support onboarding, assessments, and ongoing education to ensure clinical quality, patient safety, and team performance.

The role requires travel to health center locations (50%–75%), remote capability, and collaboration with managers and clinicians to optimize training programs and workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or allied health profession.
• Current BLS/AED Certification.
• Child Clearance - Act 33.
• Criminal Clearance - Act 38.
• FBI Clearance - Act 73.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured orientation programs for medical staff and providers.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training for new clinic openings, including go-live support.
• Develop and update training materials, job aids, and checklists.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Clinical Leaders to assess training needs.
• Facilitate mock clinics and hands-on skills training during go-live.
• Conduct chart audits and clinical quality checks to identify trends.
• Serve as SME for EMR workflows and documentation best practices.
• Track training participation and competency validation.
• Stay current with clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
