Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Clinical Excellence Trainer to lead on-the-job coaching across clinical and clerical roles. The role emphasizes training across EHR, telehealth, and registration processes to improve provider experience and medical margins.

The position requires extensive travel (up to 80%), strong teaching skills, and collaboration with Quality, Risk, Coding Educators, and Leadership to implement best practices. Remote support and onsite visits are essential components.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preferred CMA/RMA or LPN credentials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably Athena.
• Strong understanding of Value-Based programs (e.g., HCC, Quality Measures).
• Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel to all practice locations to deliver training and observe operations.
• Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and conduct workshops.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve workflows and reporting.
• Create and deliver educational materials for new workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with staff to identify skill gaps and provide targeted support.
• Coach and support Super Users to train peers and drive process improvements.
