Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Trainer for a full-time, fully remote role. You will deliver clinical trainings to a dedicated customer virtually and in person, develop training content, and measure effectiveness. Travel up to 30% for in-person sessions may be required.

Salary target is $80,000-$92,000 annually. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, you will work with global providers, ensure confidentiality and ethics, and help grow clinical training offerings while aligning with

Qualifications

Must hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year post-licensed experience.
Comfortable with technology and engaging learners virtually.
Experience in training with strong understanding of adult learning and virtual engagement techniques.
Solid understanding of instructional design and content development.
Knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques.
Proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, and additional events platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner.
Collaborate with a dedicated customer and internal Spring team to meet customer needs.
Coordinate with global providers to tailor materials to cultural contexts.
Develop clinical content and training materials using engagement techniques.
Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
