Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Trainer to deliver clinical trainings to a dedicated customer, remotely and in person as needed. You will develop training content, collaborate with global providers, and ensure materials meet confidentiality and ethical standards.

With at least 3 years post-graduate experience and a licensed clinical credential, you will leverage instructional design and evaluation techniques to grow our clinical training offerings and measure impact across teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychotherapist with post-graduate experience in clinical settings.
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year post-licensed.
• Comfortable with technology and engaging virtual learners.
• Experience in training; strong understanding of adult learning and virtual engagement techniques.
• Solid understanding of instructional design and content development.
• Knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, and events platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical trainings to a dedicated customer, virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with internal Spring Health team and global providers to tailor materials.
• Develop clinical content and training materials with engaging techniques.
• Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards in trainings.
• Grow clinical training offerings and measure effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual events and in-person trainings.
