Job summary

Kuros Biosciences seeks a Clinical Field Specialist to deliver clinical education at study sites and train physicians, research staff and hospital personnel during surgical study cases in the United States. The position requires up to 70% travel, with remote work options for candidates within 60 miles of a major Central US airport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; science-related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the medical device industry educating clinicians and staff in OR and clinics.
• Experience in orthopedic/spinal surgery environments and clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgeons, research staff and hospital staff with clear instructions on study protocols.
• Anticipate protocol deviations and intervene in the OR when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with scientific literature and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate complex clinical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain strong networking across sites.
