Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data analyst for a fully remote role focusing on healthcare data analytics and quality metrics. You will manage multiple projects, translate client needs into analytic plans, and develop BI reports to support business decisions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN, 2 years of health data experience, and strong data management skills. Remote work is available with eligibility based on state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics experience preferred.
• Proficiency using computer software tools and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Evaluates service requests to clarify business and technical issues with the client.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope, and deliverables.
• Leads ongoing client interface to develop analytic approaches to requests.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs and data requirements.
• Creates simple to complex BI reports and educates clients on data concepts.
