Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a Care Coordinator Supervisor for the Poplar Bluff Teen STAR program. The role focuses on providing ongoing clinical supervision to care coordinators and coordinating services within a youth-focused STAR setting.

The position requires a QMHP-eligible credential or a Master’s degree in a human services field, plus experience in community support for mental illness or substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• QMHP eligible (master's or bachelor's in a human services field, non-licensed).
• Three years of community support experience with adults, youth, or families.
• Supervisory experience in mental health or related services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to Care Coordinators.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and crisis interventions as needed.
• Train, supervise, and mentor staff; ensure compliance and quality of services.
• Monitor service delivery and outcomes; collaborate with leadership on improvements.
• Support program coverage to maintain continuous operations and standards.
