Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, seeks a Care Coordinator Supervisor for the Teen STAR program. This full-time role provides on-going clinical supervision to Care Coordinators and supports service delivery within the STAR team.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in a human services field or qualifies as a QMHP with relevant experience in community support for mental illness or substance use disorders; supervision experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field; OR QMHP with 3 years of community support experience.
• QMHP may hold a bachelor’s or master’s in a human services field (non-licensed) and be certified/credentialed for community support services.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, quarterly functional assessment update, crisis intervention.
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff, field mentoring and oversight of services.
• Monitor and review services, interventions and contacts; evaluate effectiveness of services.
• Be proactive in identifying program issues and collaboratively develop solutions with leadership.
• Assist the team in providing coverage to ensure the program functions effectively.
