Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate vital information to Clinical Manager/Program Director to support agency goals.
• Contact persons served to remind them of their appointments.
• Cross trained in other duties to support facility operations.
• Retrieve updated information and add to EMR.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and confidentiality per FCC policy.
• Present oneself professionally and accept supervision from management.
• Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.
• Ensure program operations comply with CARF, DMH standards and strategic plan.
