Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Poplar Bluff Youth Outpatient program. The role supervises direct care staff, manages daily operations, and ensures alignment with clinical plans and organizational standards in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

The CM will oversee coverage, help implement strategic plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with DMH and CARF standards while engaging with clients and community partners to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred in Behavioral Health and related field.
• Must meet requirements to obtain clinical privileges.
• Must meet the Department of Mental Health's Qualified Mental Health Professional standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead day-to-day program operations.
• Provide feedback for annual planning and assist with implementation of the clinical plan.
• Identify and address front-line treatment/service issues such as access and efficiency.
• Communicate issues and recommendations to the Director regularly.
• Conduct monthly focus groups with clients and staff.
• Organize and facilitate regular clinical treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Provide direct care services including crisis interventions as needed.
• Conduct chart audits and address findings; provide trainings to address trends.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff on a regular basis.
• Monitor staff productivity and program reporting; address issues as necessary.
• Implement plans to improve profitability, access to services, and quality.
• Participate in community events and collaborate with the Director to improve culture and environment.
• Ensure program operates within CARF and DMH standards; adhere to agency policies.
