Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Manager for the BHC Poplar Bluff Youth Outpatient program in Poplar Bluff, MO. The CM will supervise direct care staff and oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality clinical services and program performance.

The role requires leadership in clinical care, coordination with the Director, and the ability to conduct chart audits, provide trainings, and facilitate treatment team meetings. Strong DMH qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health preferred.
• Must meet Department of Mental Health qualifications.
• Ability to obtain clinical privileges per FCC Behavioral Health.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional per DMH definition.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff and manage day-to-day program operations.
• Provide feedback to include in annual program plan and assist with implementation.
• Address front-line treatment issues like access and efficiency.
• Lead regular clinical treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff and document sessions.
• Monitor productivity and program reporting; improve profitability and service quality.
• Organize community events and align program with agency mission.
