• Train new staff and support ongoing learning for Clinic Coordinators.
• Float to other clinics and cover duties as needed.
• Attend daily clinic huddles and promote patient-centered care.
• Coordinate and schedule future appointments and procedures after visits.
• Resolve non-clinical patient issues and provide backup coverage.
• Handle administrative tasks: faxing, mailing, scanning, supplies ordering.
• Monitor provider schedules, waitlists, recalls and reschedules.
• Register and schedule referrals for new patients.
