Qualifications

• Combination Education & Experience Post HS education or training with basic medical terminology and keyboarding skills.
• 1 year of customer service experience working with the public.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes all patients and families during check-in and arrival.
• Assists patients to the appropriate waiting area after intake.
• Maintains awareness of multiple situations and prioritizes patient/guest needs.
• Monitors Care Connect information and assists the patient when the care team is delayed.
