Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Practice Leader III to oversee staff management and daily departmental operations. Under limited supervision, you will address performance issues, develop action plans, and guide onboarding of new staff, APPs, and physicians, ensuring resources and support for an effective work environment.

Key responsibilities include staffing, timekeeping, evaluations, training, patient experience, and supply management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of medical practice experience and formal team leadership.
• Proficiency in EPIC CAD/Prelude and healthcare customer service.
• If no degree, at least 6 years of medical practice experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage administrative and clinical staff; recruit, hire, and terminate personnel as needed to maintain efficient workflows.
• Review timekeeping (Kronos) and conduct staff evaluations; use iCompass and stay interviews to support staff development.
• Train new employees in administrative workflows and ensure competency checkoffs to maintain standards.
• Enforce Steps of Service protocols to enhance patient experience and deescalate situations.
• Serve as a resource for team members, assist with workflows as volume/staffing require, and manage office/clinical supplies.
• Measure and implement performance improvement activities to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
