Job summary

Tidelands Health seeks a Practice Manager III to lead a medical clinic’s operations, oversee staff, and align daily activities with the health system’s mission. You will manage budgets, coding, billing, HR, and quality initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal patient care.

Ideal candidates will have a master or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business, 3+ years clinic management, EMR proficiency, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred with 7 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare or Business) required.
• Master’s Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and staff scheduling.
• Identify opportunities and problems; plan decisive actions for the organization.
• Supervise practice staff, including MAs and Patient Specialists, and coverages.
• Ensure provider schedules meet benchmarks and inform leadership of issues.
• Recommend staffing levels based on productivity and patient needs.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and orientation of new staff.
• Oversee evaluations and salary recommendations for supervised staff.
• Oversee bi-weekly timesheets and time clock accuracy.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and C-Suite on provider concerns.
• Work with Quality and TH teams on quality initiatives and process improvements.
