Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N.).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state; CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews clinical procedures and practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Provides direct patient care, conducts assessments, administers medications, and monitors patient conditions.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote continuity across settings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
