Cone Health Medical Group seeks an experienced Practice Leader II - Clinical to supervise staff and oversee day-to-day department operations in Burlington, NC. This role partners with the Practice Administrator/Manager to address performance issues and implement action plans.

You will onboard new staff, Advanced Practice Providers, and physicians, coordinate credentialing, and ensure access to resources and tools to support a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and certification in LPN or Medical Assistant.
• Preferred: Associate degree in clinical area.
• Minimum: 3 years of clinical specialty experience in a medical practice and leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise clinical and/or administrative staff to ensure effective performance.
• Recruit, hire, and terminate personnel as required for efficient workflows.
• Oversee scheduling to cover vacations and vacancies.
• Train new employees in ambulatory clinical workflows.
• Ensure competency check-offs for all staff and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain supply orders for office and clinical needs.
• Support performance improvement initiatives to boost department effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
