Job summary

Upperline Health in the United States is seeking a Primary Care Practice Manager to oversee the largest clinics, ensuring operational excellence and strong provider relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams, managing clinic P&L, staffing, scheduling, and daily problem-solving while maintaining a high-quality patient experience and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Direct management experience over a clinic team.
• Healthcare management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to motivate a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-clinic operational initiatives with clinics, central and regional leadership.
• Own clinic P&L, including KPIs for fee-for-service and value-based care.
• Build effective teams through partnerships with providers and clinic staff.
• Recruit and hire non-provider clinical roles and manage performance.
• Ensure daily clinic coverage and appropriate staffing.
• Monitor scheduling and cadence for high-risk patients.
• Lead outreach with PCPs and referring providers to generate referrals.
• Maintain a strong culture and make timely, high-quality decisions.
• Provide regular data reporting to operational leadership.
