Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; MGMA Principles Practice Management Certificate or CMOM certification required if no degree.
• Three years of proven medical practice experience.
• EPIC Cadence/Prelude proficiency; healthcare customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and terminate personnel to maintain efficient workflows.
• Review timekeeping (Kronos) and conduct stay interviews for staff retention.
• Train new employees in registration and administrative workflows.
• Ensure guest experience by enforcing Steps of Service and deescalating issues.
• Monitor team workflows and manage ordering/maintenance of supplies.
• Lead performance improvement activities to enhance clinic efficiency and care quality.
• Supervise cash handling and daily deposits; close processes.
• Ensure adherence to No Surprise Act.
