Novant Health is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple physician practices. The role requires strategic leadership, coordination of billing activities where needed, and the management of high-complexity clinical operations across a broad geographic area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, fiscal oversight, and staff development, with proven ability to drive clinic goals and provide clear, data-driven reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as described: four-year degree, or associate's with four years of relevant professional experience, or eight years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to supervise teams and manage multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of health care administration, fiscal management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, supervise and coordinate all functions of physician practice operations, including billing and collections when applicable, and lead special projects as assigned by Administration.
• Manage complex multi-location scope with attention to quality, efficiency and financial performance.
