Oak Street Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinic operations and staff development at a single primary care location. You’ll supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold our values while driving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and offers opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven health system. Strong HIPAA knowledge and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Must be available to work all operational hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with possible evening shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy.
• US work authorization and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management and Development: lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 15+ staff.
• Clinic Operations: ensure daily operations run smoothly, staffing coverage, and SOP adherence.
• Leadership and Community Engagement: drive center culture and collaborate with clinic leadership.
