Job summary

Upperline Health in Covington, KY seeks a Practice Manager to lead seven clinics and partner with regional leaders to drive operational excellence and strong provider relationships. In this full-time role, you will own clinic P&L, oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient flow, and monitor KPI performance for both fee-for-service and value-based care.

You’ll recruit non-provider clinical staff and foster a positive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Direct management experience over a clinic team.
• Healthcare management experience is preferred.
• Proven experience leading and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Demonstrable success leading initiatives, establishing, and achieving goals, motivating a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with EMR systems; athenahealth a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of in-clinic operational initiatives across 7 offices.
• Own clinic P&L and KPIs for fee-for-service and value-based care.
• Build teams through partnership with providers and clinic staff.
• Recruit and hire non-provider clinical roles and manage performance.
• Ensure daily clinic coverage and staffing.
• Develop referral networks and monitor scheduling for high-risk patients.
• Report data regularly to operational leadership.
