Upperline Health in Georgia seeks a Primary Care Practice Manager to oversee the Valdosta, Waycross, Tifton and Fitzgerald clinics. You will drive operational excellence, manage provider relationships, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

You will own clinic initiatives, staffing, scheduling, and KPI reporting, partnering with regional leadership and central teams to advance value-based care and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Direct management experience over a clinic team.
• Healthcare management experience is preferred.
• Proven experience leading and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Demonstrable success leading initiatives, establishing, and achieving goals, motivating a team.
• Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous experience working in an EMR – athenahealthEMR is a plus.
• Must be an effective communicator with excellent grammar and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is required
• Reliable transportation is required

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of in-clinic operational initiatives and collaborate with clinics and leadership.
• Own clinic P&L, including KPIs for fee-for-service and value-based care.
• Build effective teams through partnership with providers and clinic staff.
• Recruit and hire non-provider clinical roles, manage performance and staffing.
• Ensure daily clinic coverage and appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor referral conversion and physician scheduling templates; ensure cadence for high-risk patients.
• Lead outreach in local markets to develop referrals and relationships.
• Maintain a strong positive culture and professional environment.
