Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or health care field is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills.
• Knowledge of payor environment and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervision of the practice.
• Schedule physician and staff, manage leave requests.
• Recommend equipment and supplies for efficient operations; order as needed.
• Prepare and submit an annual budget.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Public Relations to enhance clinic image.
• Maintain efficient and responsive patient flow system.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, staff, and physicians.
• Represent the facility to the business community and public.
• Plan new programs and market services with Director review.
• Perform daily balancing, bank deposits and invoice processing.
• Conduct periodic audits of charts, policies, and procedures.
• Interview, hire, orient, develop, and evaluate employees.
