Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 3–5 years of direct healthcare leadership/management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic management of practice and service lines.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to align care delivery with goals.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and revenue cycle performance.
• Oversee daily operations and staffing to ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate physician scheduling and template optimization in the EHR.
• Collaborate with IT and HR on staffing, onboarding, and system improvements.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and performance management processes.
• Conduct staff evaluations and communicate goals and progress.
• Ensure procedures follow regulatory and compliance standards.
