Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the largest clinics in our East Atlanta area (Covington, Lithonia, Snellville, Duluth). This fast-paced role oversees operational excellence, provider relationships, and business performance across seven offices.

You will manage clinic P&L, KPIs, staffing, and patient flow, build strong teams with clinicians and care staff, recruit non-provider roles, and report data to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Direct management experience over a clinic team.
• Healthcare management experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably athenahealth EMR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of in-clinic operational initiatives across 7 offices.
• Own clinic P&L and KPIs including visits, charges, enrollment, engagement, and staffing.
• Build effective teams through partnership with providers and clinic staff.
• Recruit and hire non-provider clinical roles and manage performance and turnover.
• Ensure daily clinic coverage and appropriate staffing.
• Manage clinic referral conversion and physician scheduling templates.
• Solve operational problems and respond to care team members quickly.
• Lead outreach with PCPs and referring providers to generate referrals.
• Maintain a positive clinic culture and trust.
• Make timely, high-quality decisions.
• Regularly report data to operational leadership.
