Job summary

Community Care Partners seeks an Area Manager to supervise day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care across sites. You will lead staff, coordinate with clinic heads, and uphold CCP policies and privacy requirements.

The role requires guiding performance, mentoring staff, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations while promoting a positive, patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a health care organization.
• Medical group or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• AA/AS degree in business or healthcare administration preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership at the site and establish a positive working environment.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staffing to ensure efficiency.
• Schedule team members and monitor volumes to match staffing models.
• Maintain patient relations and address escalated concerns.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA and privacy policies.
