Community Medical Centers is seeking a Center Manager I to oversee small or mini-site operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, quality patient care, and staff supervision. The role emphasizes compliance, workflow optimization, and alignment with CMC’s mission and goals.

The position requires strong leadership and healthcare operations knowledge, with supervision responsibilities across front- and back-office teams and collaboration with nursing leadership to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED with at least 3 years of progressive supervisory experience in healthcare OR AA Degree with 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of clinic staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations, staff coaching, and disciplinary actions in alignment with HR policies.
• Coordinates and supervises daily activities of front-office and back-office teams to ensure efficiency.
• Provide direct supervision to clinical support staff in collaboration with the CNO and nursing leadership to ensure quality and staff competencies.
• Manages staff time and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and handles time-off requests and absences.
• Fosters a positive work environment by boosting morale, engagement, and motivation.
• Ensures staff understand their roles and resources needed for success.
