Kinwell Health in Washington state seeks a Clinic Manager to lead Ballard and Denny Way clinics in Seattle. You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence to deliver outstanding patient care.

You will collaborate with clinicians, oversee budgets, scheduling, and quality initiatives, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accreditation standards. A CMA/RN/LPN preference and Epic EMR experience are valued.

Formación

• Three years of experience as a primary care clinic manager.
• Associate's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent working experience.
• Track record of achieving and maintaining exceptional Net Promoter Scores.
• Experience with Epic or similar EMR.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage plans.
• Entrepreneurial outlook in uncertain environments.
• Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and implement feedback.
• CMA, RN or LPN with clinic management experience (Preferred).
• Experience with Windows environment: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage clinic support staff and foster teamwork and safety.
• Collaborate with clinician partners to meet patient throughput and outcomes.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure service efficiency.
• Ensure clinics comply with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS and related regulations.
• Maintain accreditation and licensing for each clinic.
• Support development and execution of clinics' strategic goals.
• Assist scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during hours.
• Address staff concerns and escalate to Practice Manager as needed.
• Handle escalated patient concerns and drive service recovery.
• Monitor patient experience and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Implement, monitor, and improve operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR policies compliance and participate in recruitment/retention.
• Manage clinic budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Analyze financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance on billing, collections, and revenue cycle.
• Communicate corporate initiatives clearly to teams.
• Provide education and coaching on health metrics and performance.
