The role requires a qualified RN with over 5 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of regulatory compliance. This position offers Monday to Friday shifts with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• 5+ years of nursing experience, including geriatrics and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards including PACE.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily morning IDT or stand-up meetings with nursing staff.
• Coach, mentor, and train nurses, providing clinical guidance.
• Supervise clinic operations, including workflow optimization.

Skills

Active RN license with BSN or ADN

5+ years of nursing experience

Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards

People leadership experience

Current BLS certification

Valid driver's license

Education

BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program
