Job summary

Kinwell Health in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, supervise support staff, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will partner with clinicians and the Practice Manager to maintain compliance, drive throughput, and optimize workflows in a fast-paced primary care setting.

The role requires at least three years of clinic management in primary care, a healthcare administration degree, and experience with Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a primary care clinic manager.
• Associate's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent.
• Experience with Epic EMR and Medicare Advantage plans.
• CMA, RN or LPN with clinic management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic support staff and foster teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinician partners to meet patient throughput, outcomes, satisfaction, safety, and efficiency metrics.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensure consistent service delivery and timely patient care.
• Ensure clinics comply with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS and other regulations.
• Maintain accreditation and licensing requirements for each clinic.
• Assist in development and execution of the clinic’s strategic goals and growth.
