PeaceHealth is seeking a Clinic Manager for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position in Washington. Responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary care, partnering with physicians and leadership to manage operations, budgets and staff across potentially multiple sites. Ensures high-quality patient care and achievement of operational goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, process improvement and financial oversight to support PeaceHealth’s mission and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years leadership/manager experience in healthcare.
• Experience with financial management and analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis.
• Experience with quality improvement and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations with physicians and leadership to meet annual goals.
• Oversee multiple sites or service lines when required.
• Ensure high quality, compassionate care and service delivery.
• Manage staff hiring, development and performance.
