Job summary

Kinwell Health in Washington state seeks an on-site Clinic Manager to lead operations, staff development, compliance, and patient care quality across clinics. You will drive throughput, optimize workflows, and coordinate with clinicians while ensuring HIPAA, OSHA, CMS compliance and accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of primary care clinic management, CMA/RN/LPN preferred, and experience with Epic EMR and Medicare Advantage. National salary range: $80,200–$125,600.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a primary care clinic manager.
• Associate's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent working experience.
• Track record of achieving and maintaining exceptional Net Promoter Scores.
• Experience working with Epic or similar EMR.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage plans.
• CMA, RN or LPN with clinic management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic support staff and cultivate an environment of team building and safety.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and patient care.
• Ensure clinics adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, CMS guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accreditation and licensing for each clinic.
• Assist in developing and executing clinic strategic goals and growth.
