Kinwell Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead operations for Spokane Valley and nearby Kinwell clinics. You will oversee staff, scheduling, and daily workflows to maintain high-quality patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance.

The role requires a track record in primary care management, experience with EMR systems such as Epic, and a customer-focused, analytics-driven mindset in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a primary care clinic manager.
• Associate's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent working experience.
• Track record of achieving and maintaining exceptional Net Promoter Scores.
• Experience with Epic or similar EMR and Medicare Advantage plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic support staff and foster team-building and safety.
• Work with clinicians to meet patient throughput and satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliant, efficient service.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, CMS guidelines, and licensing requirements.
• Support strategic goals and coordinate staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor patient care quality and implement service improvements.
• Manage budgeting, expenses, and revenue cycle activities.
• Collaborate with finance on billing and profitability.
