Origin is seeking a Senior Clinic Coordinator in Los Angeles to deliver high-touch patient service and support the clinic team. You will manage patient communications, scheduling, payments, and daily operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-touch customer service; professional phone presence.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
• Ability to think critically and de-escalate situations.
• Comfort with multiple technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient questions via phone and email.
• Perform daily and weekly administrative tasks.
• Welcoming, checking-in/out and scheduling patients for follow-ups.
• Process payments and verify insurance.
• Schedule patients and manage waitlists with the Patient Services team.
• Verify schedules and checks for duplicates.
• Coordinate with other departments via Slack and email.
• Order and manage clinic supplies and inventory.
• Report clinic stats weekly and at end of shifts.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
